He negotiated us a great deal and was professional and responsive throughout the deal. The space we found is needing some construction work and he also helped us navigate that process to make sure we understood all the costs associated with the build out and negotiated 90k construction allowance from the building! Now that we've signed, Stephen has stayed working with us through the construction process and has connected us with experts to give us advice throughout. We are thrilled that we were able to double our space at an affordable below market rate.
